At Spectre, every timepiece is prepared with care to ensure it arrives in exceptional condition. Once an order is placed, our team begins processing it as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders require 0–3 business days for processing. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take the full duration.

Shipping Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 3–9 business days depending on your location and carrier volume. All orders include tracking information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to begin reflecting movement.

Incorrect Address

Spectre is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect address information. If an error was made, contact us immediately so we can assist before your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages
