Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your Spectre purchase. If something isn’t right, we are here to help make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all protective films intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Watches with signs of wear or damage
  • Final-sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us through our support page. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected. Refund processing may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you prefer a different style or color, we can arrange an exchange once your returned item is confirmed to be in new condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
